Cohort Terms & Conditions

Owner: Root Cause Clinic / Where Physics Meets Physiology (hereafter referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us")

By enrolling in the Qest4 Practitioner Cohort Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

This program requires a minimum of 10 participants to launch.

Once you have signed up and the program start date is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable.

Because participant commitment determines whether the cohort runs, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

-Changes to your schedule or availability.

-Dissatisfaction with the content or structure of the program.

-Changes in your personal or professional circumstances.

Important: By enrolling, you understand that your seat directly impacts the viability of the group and agree that you will not initiate a chargeback through your financial institution.

2. Chargeback Policy

Any participant who initiates a chargeback after agreeing to these terms will be in violation of this agreement.

If a chargeback is attempted, we reserve the right to:

-Provide all documentation of this agreement to the financial institution.

-Pursue additional legal or collection actions to recover the funds, including associated fees.

By enrolling, you acknowledge this and agree to resolve disputes directly with us first.

3. Disclaimer of Results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from this program.

Results will vary depending on each participant’s effort, experience, and application of the material.

This program provides education and mentorship only; it is not a promise of financial, business, or clinical success.

You are solely responsible for the results of your practice and the experience of your clients.

4. Not Medical Advice

We are not doctors or licensed medical practitioners, and this program does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

The Qest4 device is not used to diagnose or treat disease.

All information provided in this program is based on our experience and opinions and is for educational purposes only.

You agree not to present the information learned here to clients as a form of medical advice or diagnosis.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, resources, and recordings provided in this program are the intellectual property of Root Cause Clinic.

These materials are licensed to you for personal and professional use only.

You may not:

-Share or distribute materials publicly.

-Resell or use them to create competing courses or services.

-Record or reproduce live sessions without written permission.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the program without refund and possible legal action.

6. Participation & Submission Requirements

Students must submit all data or questions 48 hours before each session for inclusion in live reviews.

Participation includes:

-Attending live sessions or watching replays promptly.

-Completing weekly assignments and tasks.

-Engaging respectfully with your buddy group and other cohort members.

Failure to meet participation requirements may result in a diminished experience, for which we are not responsible.

7. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Your feedback is important to us and will be used to improve future cohorts.

While we strive to provide the highest quality program, feedback does not entitle participants to refunds or monetary compensation.

8. Payment and Upgrade Options

The initial introductory price is $1,500.

Future cohorts will be priced at $3,500.

Your $1,500 payment may be applied as a credit toward upgrading to Level 1, Level 2, or the Complete Package, provided you upgrade by Week 8.

After Week 8, the upgrade offer expires, and no credit will be applied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Root Cause Clinic shall not be liable for:

-Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program.

-Misuse or misinterpretation of Qest4 scans by participants.

-Actions taken by participants in their own businesses or practices.

By enrolling, you release Root Cause Clinic from any liability related to your use of the information and tools provided.

10. Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to abide by them fully.

You understand that violation of these terms may result in removal from the program without refund.
